Initio opened its doors in 1990 because of the shared entrepreneurial vision of Paul Chapin and Scott Sample. These founders envisioned an agency that integrated advertising and design, and was focused on brands and brand building. Over the past 18 years, this philosophy has led to assignments from clients large and small, and helped Initio grow into a full-service advertising agency employing nearly 20 professionals.
Initio is a small company with big experience. We are made up of very smart people who have years of formal experience at some of the most respected advertising companies in the United States. But unlike our larger counterparts, we can offer more personalized service from senior staff without the cost and bureaucracy.
